These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Date Now Not Later (the “Service”), including our website at datenownotlater.com, mobile web experience, membership features, messaging, and paid subscriptions.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.

The Service is offered only to customers located in the United States. We do not currently operate or intend to serve customers outside the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in the United States and that using the Service is permitted where you live.

The Service is intended for adults seeking respectful dating connections. You may not use the Service if you have been convicted of a sex offense or if you have been previously removed from the Service for violating these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

You agree to verify your email address when prompted and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Some members may choose to share personal health-related information. Sharing is optional and controlled by your privacy settings.

You are solely responsible for what you choose to disclose to other members. Do not pressure others to share private health details. Do not copy, screenshot, or redistribute another member’s private information without their clear consent.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at /aup, which is incorporated into these Terms.

At a minimum, you must be 18+, and you may not use the Service for illegal acts or for prohibited content or behavior, including: child sexual exploitation or abuse; sexual violence; non-consensual intimate content; human or sex trafficking; romance scams or other fraud intended to defraud users; and sexually explicit profile content that violates the AUP.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP.

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (for example Premium, Private Mode, or Boost). Prices, billing intervals, and commitment terms are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe and us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan, applicable taxes, and any add-ons you choose.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal through the billing portal or in-app billing controls.

Multi-month plans may include a commitment period disclosed at checkout. Discounts tied to a commitment apply only while that commitment remains active as described at purchase.

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

In summary: you may cancel renewable subscriptions anytime via the Stripe customer portal on Billing to stop future renewals; access usually continues through the paid period. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once charged, except for billing errors or as required by law. See /refund-policy for full details and how to request a review.

We may offer free features, trials, or promotions. Free access may be changed or discontinued.

We may update pricing, features, or these Terms. For material changes that affect paid members, we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or in-app notice) when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as photos and profile text). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate law or these Terms. We may remove content that appears unsafe, unlawful, or non-compliant with our moderation rules.

The Service, including branding, design, software, and trademarks related to Date Now Not Later, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of information shared by members.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account through available in-app controls.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other members, or misused payments/billing.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including billing obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
