Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what is and is not allowed on Date Now Not Later (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities when we reasonably believe this AUP or the law has been violated.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

Age verification is the first step of registration: we require a date of birth, calculate age from that date, and require an explicit 18+ attestation before a member can continue. Under-18 accounts are prohibited.

Accounts for anyone under 18 are prohibited. Content that sexualizes minors, depicts minors, or is directed at children is strictly forbidden.

If you believe a member is under 18, report it immediately to the contact email below.

You may not use the Service to commit, promote, solicit, or facilitate any illegal activity under applicable law.

This includes, without limitation, fraud, identity theft, blackmail, extortion, stalking, harassment that violates law, drug trafficking, weapons offenses, and any other criminal conduct.

Zero tolerance. You may not create, upload, share, request, link to, or discuss child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child pornography, or any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under — whether real, fictional, AI-generated, or animated.

Grooming, solicitation of minors, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes are prohibited.

We will remove such material when identified and may report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities.

You may not post, share, threaten, or glorify sexual violence, rape, sexual assault, or coercive sexual conduct.

Non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited, including revenge porn, hidden-camera content, deepfakes of real people without consent, and sharing private sexual images or videos without the depicted person’s clear consent.

Do not pressure, coerce, or blackmail others for sexual content, photos, meetings, or health disclosures.

You may not use the Service to facilitate, advertise, recruit for, or profit from human trafficking or sex trafficking.

Commercial sexual exploitation, escort solicitation that violates law, and forced sexual labor are prohibited.

This is an adults-only dating community. Tasteful photos (including swimwear or similar) may be allowed when they comply with our moderation rules and do not violate this AUP.

The following are prohibited in profiles, photos, messages, or other uploads:

• Graphic sexual acts, explicit genital close-ups intended as pornography, or pornographic video

• Content that is primarily pornographic rather than dating-oriented

• Sexual content involving minors (see Section 4)

• Non-consensual or exploitative sexual content (see Section 5)

• Content that solicits prostitution or unlawful commercial sex

We may reject, blur, or remove photos that violate these rules, including through automated and human moderation.

You may not use the Service to defraud members or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes romance scams, advance-fee scams, phishing, impersonation for financial gain, fake investment schemes, and requests for money, gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto from people you meet on the platform.

Do not create fake profiles, catfish identities, or bots to deceive users.

Do not harvest personal data for spam, social engineering, or unauthorized marketing.

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, hatefully abuse, or discriminate against other members.

Do not spam, flood chat, scrape the Service, bypass security or blocks, or interfere with other members’ use of the platform.

Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the Service for abusive purposes.

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of paid access without refund where permitted by law, and reporting to law enforcement or payment partners when appropriate.

We may act based on reports, automated detection, or our own review. Not every violation is guaranteed to be detected; members should still report concerns.

Report AUP violations, underage users, CSAM, trafficking, or scam activity to support@datenownotlater.com. Include relevant usernames, screenshots when safe to share, and dates.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

This AUP works together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety page, and Disclaimer. If there is a conflict on prohibited conduct, the stricter rule applies.
